English Breakfast: Delicate, smooth, and slightly smokey flavour. Tips: Drink with milk, infuse for 2-5 minutes.
Kenya Decaffeinated: Full of flavour. Tips: Infuse for 4-5 minutes.
Lemon & Ginger: Revitalising drink often used to relieve cold and flu symptoms. Tips: Infuse for 5 minutes, add honey for a richer texture, add a slice of lemon for an extra detox.
Jasmine with Flowers: Calming and therapeutic. Tips: Infuse for 2-4 minutes. Avoid during pregnancy.
Gunpowder Green: Sharp, bold, and lightly smokey flavour. Aids digestion. Tips: Infuse for 3-5 minutes, drink without milk.
Indian Spiced Chai: Blend of tea and spices promotes balance and wellbeing. Tips: Heat milk in a saucepan over a low heat, add 50g of tea to the pan, add light brown sugar or honey to taste and leave to infuse (not boil) for 10 minutes. Avoid cinnamon and cardamon during pregnancy.
Moroccan Mint: Peppermint known to soothe many stomach ailments, including pains, cramps, heartburn, and indigestion. Tips: Drink without milk after a meal to help with digestion, Infuse for 2-4 minutes with freshly boiled water.
Earl Grey: Calming and relaxing blend. Tips: Infuse with water just below boiling point for 1-3 minutes.
